How Are Real Estate Photography Prices Determined?
Many people are unclear about the pricing structure in photography and the work involved. What does the process look like, and how is pricing determined in real estate photography?
Travel costs are calculated at € 0.58/km.
On-site photography, including setting up equipment and taking pictures from various angles.
The captured images are uploaded into an image editing software, reviewed, and the best ones selected. If the client wishes to select images via an online gallery, this incurs additional time and costs.
The editing process is the most time-consuming part.
Delivery of the final images via download gallery.
Usage rights are factored into the pricing.
Image delivery: Photos are provided via a password-protected gallery or the delivery service of your choice. You will receive high-resolution files in JPG format and, upon request, in TIFF format.
What Is the Difference Between Vacation Property Photography and Realtor Photography?
Realtor photos are used only once during the marketing phase, while photos for vacation properties are used permanently and generate continuous revenue over time.
Realtor photos often require less time on-site and minimal editing, whereas vacation property photos demand more shooting time and extensive post-processing.
